We deliver via Australia Post and recommend either a work address
or a PO BOX address for prompt delivery.
Deliveries to a private address will be left at a secure spot at the premises if there is no one to
sign for the parcel. If there is no secure spot for your parcel, a card will be left at the premises
and your parcel will be redirected to the nearest Post Office.
Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock,
delivery will take up to 3-5 working days for delivery within Australia.

RETURN POLICY
Here at LOVE YOUR WARDROBE, we want to make sure you are completely
satisfied with your purchase. We do our best to provide accurate images and
descriptions online. If for any reason you are not happy, you are welcome to
return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from purchase. Returns after this period will
not be accepted.

All that we ask is that the goods are returned to us in the same condition they were
sent. They must not have been damaged, worn, altered or washed and all tags must
remain attached.

FAULTY GOODS
We have high standards for our quality control; all goods are checked prior to
dispatch. However if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 7
days of receiving your goods. Follow the returns process as stated above,
though state the goods as faulty in your email. If possible we will repair or
replace faulty items, otherwise a full refund will be provided.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We do not refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault
in the garment.
All shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be the responsibility of the
customer.
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and
documented delivery. Love Your Wardrobe will not be responsible for missing
incoming deliveries.
Items damaged from wear and tear will not be considered as faulty.

Bust
Measure under your arms and over the bust at the fullest part of your bust.
Waist
Keeping the tape comfortably firm, measure around your natural waistline.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips. This is usually about 20cm down from your waistline.
For the most accurate fit note that it is best to measure over your undergarments and always hold the measuring tape level and firm but not too tight.
Please note that all international conversions are based on Love your Wardrobe fit blocks. Please check your measurements as sizes may vary from brand to brand. These are approximate only.

Pre-Order' means that the item is not yet available though that it can be ordered in advance.
Not all items are available for Pre-Order, though those that are typically either advance season
pieces or re-cuts of popular items that have sold out.
