CAN I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY PACKAGE?

You can also track the status of your package by using the tracking number we have provided
you with.

DO YOU DELIVER TO BUSINESS ADDRESSES OR PO BOXES

We do deliver to Businesses throughout Australia, and we do deliver to PO boxes though
Australia Post is the only method available for this.
Please provide us with the best daytime delivery address for your order; we cannot change
these once the item has been dispatched.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE?

If your package is taking longer than you expect. Please email us straight away at
enquiries@loveyourwardrobe.com.au . We will help you find where your package could be.

DO YOU REFUND PURCHASES?

Yes, we do refund.
However, your postage is not refunded. Return postage costs are your responsibility also.
There are specific steps you need to take as well, so please read carefully

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR A RETURN?

Once the package has been received, returns will be processed within 7 days. Your will be
notified via email that the return has been processed. Please note that your banking institution
may require additional days to process and appear in your account, once they receive the
information from us, allow for 3-5 business day for this.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE RATE FOR OVERSEAS PURCHASES?

We charge you for your order in Australian dollars.
Your card provider will apply the exchange rate when your card is charged.

DO I NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WHEN I PURCHASE?

You do need to open an account to purchase online.
This will inevitably benefit you:

  • retain your information so that your next purchase is quick and easy!
  • You can stay up to date with our great giveaways and benefits.
  • View your order status.

We have made sure that opening an account is a minimal, fast and pain free!

WILL YOU GET REPLACEMENT STOCK ON AN ITEM IF YOU HAVE SOLD OUT?

If you want a specific style, and the online shop shows we are sold out. Please email us at
enquiries@loveyourwardrobe.com.au and we can tell you whether we have any more stock available.

WHAT IF I RECIEVED THE ORDER AND IT IS INCORRECT?

We do our best to get your order correct!!
If the order you received is incorrect - please email enquiries@loveyourwardrobe.com.au and we make
sure you get the correct order out to you as soon as possible.

IS THE LOVE YOUR WARDROBE WEBSITE SECURE?

Your personal details are completely secure with us!!
We do not share, sell or distribute customer information.
We store any personal information that you give to us securely, using high-level SSL encryption technology.
You will notice that when the URL prefix (located in your address bar) will change from the standard http:// to secure https:// - this means you are in secure mode.

WHAT SIZE AM I?

At Love Your Wardrobe we make sure that our sizing is in conjunction with Australian sizing standards.
However each and every designer does vary. Please CLICK HERE to view our fitting guide.

MY PROMOTIONAL CODE DOESN'T WORK?

If you are having any trouble at all with your promotional code, please email us straight away at
enquiries@loveyourwardrobe.com.au.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPTS?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note, there is a 2.5% charge on
American express. We do not accept direct debits.

WHAT DOES 'PRE-ORDER' MEAN?

Pre-Order' means that the item is not yet available though that it can be ordered in advance.

Not all items are available for Pre-Order, though those that are typically either advance season
pieces or re-cuts of popular items that have sold out.

Please remember these important points regarding Pre-Orders:

  • 100% of the order value will be charged upon order placement;
  • Should you change your mind, your Pre-Order can be cancelled and your money refunded;
  • The Pre-Ordered item's ETA is listed on the item's page (underneath the title, right hand side);
  • The ETA can change due to production schedules. In such instance our Customer Care will do their utmost to keep you informed and up to date;
  • The fulfilment of your order is contingent on the fulfilment of our (confirmed) order with our suppliers.
